Lifelong LearningThe targets of the IJCEELL are to assist professionals working within the discipline, educators, coaching suppliers and coverage-makers to disseminate information and to learn from every others work. In my chapter on lifelong studying for the Handbook of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (London, in press), I examined lifelong studying from the standpoint of organizational wants and expectations, the importance of learning and improvement for career growth, individual variations in propensity for continuous learning, and assist and reinforcement for improvement.
